This V3 2.0 kit uses controlled flexion areas and an intelligent protection design so the sliders deform in predetermined zones to aid bike preservation. Strong aluminum elements (alloy class 2017) anchor the assembly, while molded impact pucks are made from a proprietary energy-absorbing material. Components are CNC precision-cut and anodized matte black for corrosion resistance. Each kit is model-specific for the 2017–2019 Z650 and requires no extra parts to assemble. Detailed instructions are included; Vortex recommends installation by a certified motorcycle mechanic.
