This direct-replacement front bar for AWD TT RS models is CNC-bent from a single piece of high-tensile steel to remove welds. The 28 mm diameter with a 4.5 mm wall adds roll stiffness without harshness. Forge-formed, quench-hardened ends boost strength; polyurethane bushings limit deflection; and a red powder coat resists corrosion. Multiple end-link positions let you tune response.
