RAM 2500 Turbo Swap Kit - Wehrli - S400 High Mount 2nd Gen - Kiwi Green - 04–07. Purpose-built to mount an S400-based turbo on your 5.9L Cummins using a 2nd Gen high-mount manifold (turbo and manifold sold separately).

Hand-built by Wehrli Custom Fabrication, each kit is TIG-welded, CNC-machined, test-fit on an engine, and finished in Kiwi Green. The high-mount layout points the manifold up for an easy downpipe install—no exhaust cutting. Designed around the standard S400 T4 4.6 in flange and intended for Stainless Diesel or Steed Speed 2nd Gen style manifolds. Not compatible with race cover turbos or Banks intercoolers. If supplying your own turbo/manifold, specify brands; some may need to be sent in for fitment, which can add lead time. Also works on 2003–2004 trucks updated to the 2004.5–2011 front pipe.
