Yamaha YZ80 Piston Kit - Wiseco - Racer Elite - `93-`20 is a forged Racer Elite piston kit engineered for full-race 2-stroke Yamaha YZ80/85 models (1993–2020). It includes the piston, rings, wrist pin, and circlips, offering race-oriented materials and protective treatments for demanding conditions.

This Wiseco Racer Elite piston is the first 2-stroke piston forged from a 2000-series alloy, providing greater tensile strength for full-race applications. ArmorPlating treatment on the crown, ring groove, and pin bores guards against detonation, friction wear, and ring micro-welding, while the ArmorFit skirt coating conforms to the cylinder bore for optimized fitment. Machined and assembled in the USA (Mentor, OH), the kit is supplied with high-quality rings and hardware and is sized for a 52.50 mm bore on compatible YZ80/85 engines.
