GMC Sierra 2500HD Thermostat Housing Kit - Wehrli - Billet Aluminum - Fine Texture Black (2001–2005). This top-outlet housing and upper coolant pipe reroutes coolant upward and forward from the thermostat for a tidy, service-friendly layout on LB7/LLY Duramax builds.

The kit replaces the OEM upper radiator hose that crosses the driver-side valve cover along with the coolant return pipe, improving access to driver-side fuel components and adding space for larger aftermarket turbochargers. It supports single and dual CP3 pump setups, is required for race-cover or SXE turbos in the valley, and also works with factory VGT turbos. The CNC-machined billet aluminum upper housing features a Fine Texture Black single-stage powder coat. Includes coolant pipe, silicone boots, and T-bolt clamps. Made in the USA; replaces GM 15792832 and 15198345.
