GMC Sierra 3500HD Thermostat Housing Kit - Wehrli - Billet Aluminum - Fine Texture Black - 01–05. Built for 2001–2005 LB7/LLY Duramax, this top-outlet housing and upper coolant pipe reroute flow for a cleaner, easier-to-service engine bay.

It replaces the OEM upper radiator hose over the driver-side valve cover and the coolant return pipe. The upward/forward path from the thermostat improves access to driver-side fuel components and adds room for larger valley turbos. Works with factory VGT and Single or Dual CP3 setups. The CNC-machined billet upper housing features a Fine Texture Black single-stage powder coat. Kit includes the upper coolant pipe, silicone boots, and T-bolt clamps; replaces GM 15792832 and 15198345. Made in USA.
