Chevrolet Duramax Thermostat Housing Kit - Wehrli - Billet - Chevy Orange - `01-`05. This top-outlet billet thermostat housing and upper coolant pipe upgrade fits 2001–2005 LB7/LLY Duramax trucks, replacing factory pieces for cleaner, service-friendly coolant routing.

By rerouting coolant upward and forward from the thermostat, this kit replaces the OEM upper radiator hose that crosses the driver-side valve cover as well as the coolant return pipe, improving access to driver-side fuel system components and creating space for larger aftermarket turbochargers. It is compatible with Single and Dual CP3 pump setups, works with factory VGT turbos, and is required for race cover or SXE turbos mounted in the valley. Finished in Chevy Orange powder coat, it includes the coolant pipe, silicone boots, and T-bolt clamps, with a CNC-machined billet aluminum thermostat upper housing. Made in the USA. Replaces GM part numbers 15792832 and 15198345.
