For 2001-2005 Duramax LB7/LLY, this top outlet thermostat housing and upper coolant pipe replaces the OEM hose over the driver-side valve cover and the coolant return pipe. Upward-and-forward routing frees space for larger aftermarket turbochargers and improves access to driver-side fuel components. Works with Single or Dual CP3 setups and factory VGT; required for race cover or SXE turbos mounted in the valley. Finished in Bengal Grey powder coat.
