GMC Sierra 3500 Thermostat Housing Kit - Wehrli - Billet Thermostat Housing - Bengal Grey - 01–05. A CNC-machined upgrade for 2001–2005 Duramax LB7/LLY trucks that refines coolant routing and underhood fitment.

Wehrli’s top-outlet design replaces the OEM upper radiator hose over the driver-side valve cover and the coolant return pipe. Routing flow upward and forward from the thermostat improves access to driver-side fuel components and adds clearance for larger aftermarket turbos. The kit supports Single and Dual CP3 systems, works with factory VGT turbos, and is required for race-cover or SXE turbos in the valley. Finished in Bengal Grey single-stage powder coat with a durable billet aluminum upper housing.
