Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD Thermostat Housing Kit by Wehrli, CNC machined billet aluminum in Cat Yellow for ’01–’05. This top-outlet housing and upper coolant pipe kit refines LB7/LLY coolant routing.

Built for 2001–2005 Duramax LB7/LLY, this kit replaces the OEM upper hose over the driver-side valve cover and the coolant return pipe. It moves flow upward and forward from the thermostat for better access to driver-side fuel components and added space for larger aftermarket turbos. Includes coolant pipe, silicone boots, and T-bolt clamps. Works with Single/Dual CP3 and factory VGT; required with race-cover or SXE turbos in the valley. Made in the USA; Cat Yellow finish.
