GMC Sierra Thermostat Housing Kit by Wehrli (Billet Aluminum, Deore Gold, 2001–2005). A top-outlet billet thermostat housing and upper coolant pipe solution tailored for LB7/LLY Duramax trucks.

This kit replaces the OEM upper radiator hose that crosses the driver-side valve cover along with the coolant return pipe, rerouting flow upward and forward from the thermostat. The layout improves access to driver-side fuel system components, creates room for larger aftermarket turbochargers, and provides a tidy engine bay. It’s compatible with factory VGT turbos and Single or Dual CP3 pump setups, and is required when using race cover style or SXE turbos mounted in the valley. CNC-machined billet aluminum construction, Deore Gold two-stage powder coat, and Made in the USA quality. Includes coolant pipe, silicone boots, and T-bolt clamps. Replaces GM 15792832 and 15198345.
