Polaris FTR 1200 Rally LE Shim Conversion Kit - Hot Cams - Diamond Like Carbon (DLC) Coating - '19-'20. This shim conversion kit lets you set valve clearance using commonly available 9.48mm shims and replaces the factory shim-bucket arrangement on compatible FTR 1200 models.

Developed in conjunction with Hot Cams camshafts for the same platform, this conversion kit is intended for 2019–2020 FTR 1200 Rally LE and 2019 FTR 1200 S fitments. The components feature a Diamond Like Carbon (DLC) surface treatment to improve wear resistance and longevity under valve-train loads. The design works with OEM valves, springs and camshafts as well as many aftermarket high-performance camshafts. Note: valves, springs and shims are not included — this kit requires use of 9.48mm valve shims and contains the buckets and retainers needed to convert the head.
