Polaris FTR 1200 S Shim Conversion Kit - Hot Cams - Diamond Like Carbon (DLC) Coating - 2019. A direct-fit shim conversion solution designed for the 2019 FTR 1200 S to simplify valve clearance adjustments and improve component durability.

This Hot Cams conversion kit replaces expensive Polaris shim buckets by allowing the use of commonly available 9.48mm valve shims. Developed in conjunction with Hot Cams camshafts, the kit is intended to work with OEM valves, springs and camshafts as well as compatible aftermarket high-performance camshafts. The Diamond Like Carbon (DLC) coating on the buckets enhances wear resistance for longer service life under normal use. Note: valves, springs and shims are not included; this kit requires 9.48mm valve shims for proper installation.
