Hot Cams valves are forged from a single blank to improve grain flow and avoid welded joins, preserving consistent mechanical characteristics. The valve features precision machined head and seat surfaces for reliable sealing and repeatable fitment. An induction hardened steel stem tip resists wear where it contacts the rocker and retainers, extending service life under normal riding conditions.
