Mercedes-Benz S430 Catalytic Converter - Magnaflow - OEM Grade Direct-Fit - `00-`06. A direct-fit replacement engineered to replicate OEM fit and flow for 2000–2006 S430 (also fits S500 and other compatible models). This MagnaFlow unit is intended to restore proper emissions operation and reduce the chance of a check-engine code when installed correctly.

Built as an OEM-grade, Federal/EPA-compliant direct-fit converter (MagnaFlow part 51937), this unit uses a spun-body design and precision metrology to match original dimensions. Free-flowing mandrel-bent tubing and corrosion-resistant stainless materials preserve exhaust flow and factory-like performance. The single laser fusion weld minimizes leak points and the compact, low-mass body improves thermal efficiency. Hardware and gaskets are included to simplify installation without cutting or welding when the factory connection points are serviceable.
