Volkswagen Jetta Performance Exhaust - Single Rear Exit - MBRP - ARMOR PLUS T409 Stainless Steel - `05-`06 is a direct-fit cat-back exhaust designed for 2005–2006 Jetta 1.9L TDI models. It replaces the factory system with mandrel-bent T409 tubing and a 4" single rear exit tip for a stronger tone and improved flow.

The ARMOR PLUS T409 system is built from corrosion-resistant T409 stainless steel with mandrel bends that maintain consistent internal diameter for unrestricted exhaust flow. This results in improved throttle response, reduced exhaust gas temperatures, and a richer, mellow exhaust note without requiring modifications to the factory hangers. The system includes an over-axle pipe, muffler, tailpipe, hardware and a 4" OD tip. MBRP backs this series with a limited lifetime warranty; note that heavy salt exposure, winter treatments and coastal conditions can accelerate corrosion and may not be covered unless the part fails completely.
