Ford EcoBoost Performance Exhaust - BD Diesel - Exhaust Manifold Kit - `17-`20. A direct-fit upgrade for 2017–2020 3.5L EcoBoost engines, this BD Diesel manifold kit is engineered to address common OEM failure points while improving exhaust flow.

These manifolds are manufactured from high-silicon ductile iron with a uniform wall thickness casting to resist warping and improve long-term durability. BD added two additional mounting holes per manifold and supplies longer studs, spacers and gaskets to reduce stress from thermal expansion and help prevent bolt failures. Flow capability is increased by approximately 16% over the OEM design, which can improve exhaust efficiency without changing other engine components. The kit replaces the listed OEM part numbers and includes all necessary gaskets and hardware for installation.
