GMC Sierra 2500 HD Performance Exhaust - MagnaFlow - Direct Fit Catalytic Converter 4551252 is a California-grade, CARB-compliant direct-fit replacement for 2011–2015 GMC Sierra 2500 HD (also fits the Silverado 2500 HD). This unit restores proper emissions control while retaining factory fitment and serviceability.
MagnaFlow’s direct-fit converter uses precision metrology and 3D scanning in development to replicate OE geometry. The spun-body design with a single laser fusion weld reduces leak points and the compact, low-mass construction improves thermal efficiency. Built from corrosion-resistant stainless materials with mandrel-bent tubing, it installs without cutting or welding using the included gaskets and hardware. Torca AccuSeal® exhaust clamps and OE-sized barbed hangers help maintain a reliable seal and mounting; the part is designed and tested to meet CARB requirements for legal use in California and other CARB-regulated states. Installation is permitted only if the vehicle’s CARB Executive Order (EO) and Engine Family Number (EFN) are listed for this converter.
