Subaru WRX Throttle Control Module - aFe - Sprint Booster - `12-`25. This compact plug-and-play module is designed to reduce the throttle lag common to electronic throttle control (ETC) systems, giving WRX drivers crisper, more immediate throttle response.

The Sprint Booster from aFe modifies the throttle signal between the accelerator pedal and the engine control module to reduce perceived delay. It installs behind the accelerator pedal using the OEM connector — no wire cutting or permanent changes to vehicle electronics are required. The unit offers selectable Sport and Race modes with multiple program levels so drivers can tune response to their preference. Per manufacturer specifications, Sport mode can improve response by up to 30% and Race mode up to 60%; programs differ for manual and automatic transmissions to match behavior. Built-in Valet and Pedal Lock functions add configurable limits and protection using a three-digit PIN. The device is designed for WRX models 2012–2025 with H4 engines and is intended not to interfere with systems like electronic injection or ABS.
