ACT’s diaphragm design increases clamp load, reduces deflection, and supports durability. Diaphragms are four‑stage heat‑treated, and precision cover stampings add rigidity. The rigid 6‑pad disc uses ceramic friction and a heat‑treated chrome‑moly hub for strength and heat control. Expect light to moderate pedal effort, aggressive engagement, quicker shifts, and some added gear rattle. Rigid designs may increase spline wear. Each kit is assembled, 100% clamp load tested, and dynamically balanced. For race use only.
