The 4-inch-thick core, CFD-optimized cast end tanks, and ID-matched high-flow pipes sit in the lower bumper grille for strong airflow. Testing shows gains up to 12 hp and 11.8 lb-ft on the stock tune, outlet temps within 10°F of ambient, and about a 1.5 psi pressure drop. Installation requires no cutting, retains factory side-impact bars, and includes a bumper support bar with factory tow-hook provision plus a washer fill-neck relocation.
