The Heavy Duty pressure plate uses ACT’s exclusive diaphragm for higher clamp load, reduced deflection, and dependable life, supported by precision stampings and a four-stage heat-treat. The sprung street disc features premium organic friction with high copper for heat transfer, a steel-backed lining for strength, and a reduced marcel for quicker, quieter shifts. ACT’s patented Monoloc one-piece collar promotes uniform loading and alignment. Each kit is clamp-load tested and dynamically balanced for smooth high-RPM use.
