BMW M2 Charge Air Cooler Manifold by CSF - Level-Up, Raw Billet (2023-2027). A precision CNC-machined, liquid-to-air upgrade for the S58 that improves charge cooling and supports advanced fueling strategies.

Co-developed with PWR and Studio RSR, it pairs an F1-grade bar-and-plate liquid-to-air core (pressure tested to 120 psi) with TIG-welded CNC billet construction. Built-in top-feed port injection includes a fuel rail and block-off caps, plus per-runner ports for methanol or nitrous. The KIYLEX thermal spacer helps curb heat soak. Drop-in fitment keeps OEM locations with harness routing solutions, sensor provisions, coolant reservoir mounts, and oil-filter clearance.
