BMW M2 Charge Air Cooler Manifold – CSF Level-Up (Thermal Dispersion Black, 2023–2027). A liquid-to-air bar & plate core manifold with integrated port injection and a KIYLEX thermal spacer, engineered for the S58.

Co-developed with PWR and Studio RSR, it pairs a Formula 1–grade PWR bar & plate core (pressure tested to 120 psi) with CNC billet aluminum construction and TIG welding. It installs in the OEM location, adds top-feed port injection with a supplied fuel rail and block-off caps, plus individual runner ports for nitrous or meth. The included KIYLEX spacer (rated to 1100°F) limits conductive heat transfer to lower IATs and resist heat soak; Thermal Black finish and smart mounting details help deliver lower pressure drop than stock.
