Chevrolet Suburban Performance Air Intake — K&N Engineering AirCharger (2019–2027). A USA-built, bolt-on system engineered to increase airflow and sharpen throttle response on V8 Suburban models.
The AirCharger replaces the restrictive factory air box with an inverted-dome washable cotton filter and a dedicated heat shield to draw in cooler, denser air. Its custom-molded intake tube smooths and straightens flow, reducing restriction so the engine breathes easier. Dyno-tested by K&N for a guaranteed horsepower increase, it installs with common hand tools, and the oversized filter can go up to 100,000 miles before cleaning (service interval varies). Not legal for sale or use in California or in states that adopt California emissions standards.
