Built from 16-gauge 409 stainless steel, this system features a 3.5 in inlet transitioning to dual 3.0 in mandrel-bent tubing and a straight-through Flow FX muffler. Dual side exits finish behind the rear wheels with 4.5 in black ceramic tips. Dyno testing shows gains up to +9 hp and +10 lb-ft at the rear wheels. It reuses factory hanger locations, includes hardware and instructions for an at-home install, and is backed by Flowmaster’s Lifetime Limited Warranty. Fitment: 2020–2025 GM 2500HD/3500HD 6.6L gas, 2/4WD, Crew Cab 6.5 ft bed only; not for 5th wheel, ZR2, or AT4X packages.
