Designed for 2021–2026 F-150 2.7L, 3.5L EcoBoost, 3.5L Ti-VCT, and 5.0L engines, this system pairs a Flow FX performance muffler with 3.0-inch, 16-gauge, mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel for strong flow and durability. The turndown dump exit after the muffler removes the over-axle tailpipe, improving ground clearance and departure angle in off-road conditions. It uses factory hanger locations, includes all necessary hardware, and is backed by Flowmaster’s Lifetime Limited Warranty. Reported dyno gains of up to 12 HP and 13 lb-ft at the rear wheels. Fits 2- and 4-wheel drive; does not fit Regular Cab/Short Bed (122-inch wheelbase), PowerBoost hybrid, or trucks with OEM active exhaust.
