Designed for 2001-2006 (2007 Classic) Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD with the 6.0L or 8.1L and dual-inlet muffler, this system connects after the factory catalytic converter and uses a dual-inlet 50 Series Big Block muffler for a moderate interior and deep, powerful exterior tone. A formed aluminum heat shield with stainless clamps mounts to the muffler. The custom-bent 3.5-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless (16-gauge) tailpipe follows factory hanger locations, exits behind the right rear wheel—ideal for towing—and finishes with a 4.0-inch polished 304 stainless tip. Includes hangers, hardware, and instructions for an easy fit, plus Flowmaster’s Lifetime Limited Warranty.
