Ford F-150 Performance Exhaust - Flowmaster American Thunder Cat-Back, Dual Tailpipe, Super 40 Series (2021–2026). Designed for 2.7L, 3.5L, 5.0L, and PowerBoost models, this system brings a deep, aggressive-to-moderate tone and improved exhaust flow.

Built from 3.0-inch mandrel-bent 16-gauge 409 stainless steel, this kit uses Flowmaster’s Super 40 Series muffler for a classic performance sound. Dual 4.5-inch black ceramic-coated tips deliver a bold finish and fill the bumper cutout better than stock. The system reuses factory hanger locations and includes hardware and instructions for a straightforward driveway install. Dyno testing has shown gains of up to 18 hp and 14 lb-ft at the wheels. Lifetime Limited Warranty. Fits trucks with the factory dual-exhaust configuration; not compatible with OEM active exhaust.
