Rancho’s RS9000XL is recognized as the first nine-position manually adjustable ride control series in the off-road market, letting you fine-tune damping with a simple knob. An application-specific tri-tube body (up to 2.75 in.) filled with all-weather fluid manages extreme temperatures from -40 to 248°F for consistent performance. Built to last, it features an 18mm nitro-carburized piston rod, 1.25 in. sintered iron piston, double-welded loops, and a low-friction, self-lubricating seal that retains gas and oil. A polyurethane rebound bumper and bushings, graphite-filled fluon-banded piston, 120 PSI nitrogen charge, liquid metallic finish, and polyvinyl boot round out the design. Rear fitment for 2004–2012 Chevrolet Colorado; backed by Rancho’s Limited Lifetime Warranty.
