ICON’s V.S. 2.5 Aluminum Series uses a nitrogen-charged monotube and piggyback reservoir to limit heat fade on long, rough drives. Tundra-specific valving with a one-piece digressive piston delivers precise damping, while the 6061 billet manifold creates an internal Bump Zone that adds roughly 20% more damping near full compression to help reduce harsh bottoming. They’re 100% rebuildable and 100% revalveable, with CNC 6061 components, impact-extruded aluminum cylinders, premium 5WT oil, and PTFE-lined spherical bearings. Optional CDCV upgrade available for user-defined compression tuning.
