SPL’s Front Lower Control Arm kit lets you tune track width, camber, caster, roll center, and anti-dive on the GR86/86/BRZ/FR-S platform. It supports increased front-end grip potential, added tire and wheel clearance, reduced outer-edge tire wear at the track, and removes bushing flex that can blur feedback in corners and under braking. Elongating the arm provides the camber many target, roughly -2.5° to -4.0°, often without camber plates; pairing with plates increases inner/outer clearance options. On this MacPherson strut chassis, added caster (many setups can reach 7.0+°, wheel clearance permitting) boosts camber gain while turning and improves on-center stability.
