KW V1 pairs INOX-LINE stainless struts with corrosion-resistant springs and factory-preset damping tuned for the A5. A composite spring perch and dirt-resistant trapezoid thread keep ride-height changes quick year after year. Vehicle-specific rates and damper curves are validated on the Nurburgring and KW 7-post rig to manage body motion while preserving travel. For 2018+ Audi A5 (B9) without electronic dampers, 48.5 mm front strut.
