The GMC Sierra 3500 HD Leaf Spring Pack - Rear - ICON - SWR (2011–2026) is a premium, direct-replacement rear leaf pack. It preserves factory ride height and refines on-road comfort.

This complete ICON pack replaces the stock leaves, reduces rear spring rate by about 20% in many 2500 HD applications, and raises the overload transition point. The tuning improves small-bump compliance and reduces harshness under light loads without adding rear lift. Compatible with ICON shocks, as well as stock and other aftermarket options.
