BMW M3 Sway Bar - Front - Dinan - 32mm Adjustable (2008-2013). A lightweight tubular anti-roll bar designed to reduce body roll, improve grip, and add stability without unnecessary weight.

Developed specifically for the E9X M3 chassis, Dinan’s 32mm hollow front bar is 42% lighter than a solid bar of comparable stiffness. The 3-hole design, paired with included adjustable end links (left- and right-hand threaded), provides five mounting positions ranging from 50% to 90% stiffer than stock. The result is a more level, planted feel through corners while preserving street comfort. This bar can also be added to a Stage 1 suspension build for a phased upgrade path.
