After lifting, the front driveshaft can easily make contact with the exhaust Y-pipe, resulting in a melted CV boot and endangering the driveshaft. This Spacer kit is designed to prevent this undesirable contact and will greatly extend the life of your Wrangler's driveline. Engineered for a precise fit, the spacers shift the Y-pipe backwards and boost the front suspension travel to 5.5 inches or more. No permanent modifications to the exhaust are needed, and the spacers install readily in 2 to 3 hours on the flanges between the Y-pipe and front headers.
