You're blasting along an open stretch of desert trail. A big bump lies ahead. No problem for your lifted and tuned suspension, right? Wrong. Even on a tuned suspension, compression valving needs to remain somewhat compliant to take advantage of all your suspension travel. Spring rates need to be relatively low for controllability and comfort. This means that big bump up ahead is probably going to slam your suspension against the bump stops of your chassis - and hard. This is bound to harsh your buzz, if not damage your frame. There's got to be a better way.
Expert installation is recommended since the stock bump stops must be cut from the frame before installation of the Fox 2.0 Factory Series Bump Stops.
